Please note -- during those months not listed below no meeting was held because it was known in advance there would not be a quorum present for the meeting.

On several of the dates listed below a meeting was scheduled, but a quorum did not attend -- the names of those Commissioners who came to attend the meeting are included in the record.

Beginning with the July 2004 meeting, we will be posting the minutes in downloadable format. Minutes will be available in both Mircosoft Word format and Adobe Acrobat format.
